Meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by President Melissa Grein. Other Board members in attendance were Tonya Mills and Debbie Johnson. Celeste Starr Schulz from Goodwin Management was also present.
The Minutes from the December 1st Board Meeting were read and approved.
AR Reporting
A Total Income of $111,945.00 was reported for 2009. Expenses were $105,233.00. The HOA's cash balance is $38,859.86.
The Board reviewed the collection status of past-due HOA accounts. Celeste will continue to send out past-due notices. After January 31st, Attorney Adam Pugh will file liens against those properties where a lien notice has been sent but dues remain unpaid. He will also send foreclosure notices to those homeowners where a lien has been filed but dues remain unpaid.

Goodwin Management will continue to drive the neighborhood, and Celeste will send out violation notices as required.
Modifications
No new issues.
Website
The webmaster will place an announcement on the website that henceforth the Parkside community garage/yard sales will be held on the 2nd Saturday of April and October of each year.
Communications Issues
No new issues.
Neighborhood Watch
Tonya is researching the cost and feasibility of installing security cameras at both entrances to the subdivision.
Commercial Property Issues
Work is continuing on the commercial property issues.
Budget
No new issues.
New/Outstanding Items
The Board is seeking landscape bids for the entrance and common areas.
The Board set January 15th as the deadline each year for homeowners to remove all exterior holiday decorations.
The next regular Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 2nd, at 7:00 pm.
The meeting adjourned at 8:20 pm.
